5 YEAR PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Year One: KRIYA SHAKTI (Earth/Body) Wisdom of Equanimity.
Week One: Connect to body, and all organs. Recognize emotions in each organ. Unblock stuck energy and emotions. Understand our own story, and personality traits.
Week Two: Sound of organs, chakras, archetypes. Continue to learn to contain and purify shadow material. Cultivate compassion. Reiki I initiation.
Year Two: JHANA SHAKTI (Water/Mind) Mirror-like Wisdom.
Week One: Chakras, channels. Cleansing, cultivating and managing energy. Alchemy.
Week Two: Inner catharsis. Integration. Rebirth. Breathwork. Transpersonal therapy.
Reiki II initiation.
Year Three: ICCHA SHAKTI (Fire/Energy) Discriminating Wisdom.
Week One: Dreambody. Develop clairvoyance. Dreampractice. Work with symbols, and tarot. Deepen alchemy.
Week Two: Dreaming and journeying. Discover power place and power animal.
Year Four: ANANDA SHAKTI (Air/Bliss) All-Pervasive Wisdom
Week One: Vipassana and Samatha meditation. Past lives. Soul retrieval.
Week Two: Integrate Divine Grace, angels, personal deities and objects.
Year Five: CHIT SHAKTI (Space & Ether/Consciousness) Wisdom of Emptiness.
Week One: Buddhist teachings of Rigpa and Dzogchen. Central Channel practice. Sacred Feminine and Masculine principles. Kabbalistic concepts. Cleansing of Karmic Seeds.
Week Two: Continue with Kaballah and 7 Sephirots. Integration. Sacred Union. Reiki Master initiation.
