ENERGY FIELDS AND THE DREAMBODY:
TRANSFORMING CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH DREAM PRACTICE

Dreams, as Freud stated, are the royal road to the unconscious. Interpreting dreams has the potential to heal. But going beyond interpretation by harnessing the numinous energy of dream symbols has a far greater effect on the psyche, creating quantum leaps in consciousness. Ancient shamanic teachings understood the significance of dreams and their relationship to the energy fields, the dream body and the collective web. This workshop presents an innovative approach in transforming psyche through unlocking the sacred messages and accessing their healing energy. Drawing on shamanic, Jungian, Tibetan Buddhist traditions and New Science, Integrative Dream Practice introduces a map of how dreams arise in relation to our physical and energy bodies. Through specific steps and techniques, participants learn to decode, track and harness the numinous energy of dreams, and expand their awareness of the dream body and its relevance to chakras and meridians.

In this experiential workshop, participants will learn:

• Jungian, Shamanic and Tibetan Buddhist view of dreams.
• The dream body and energy fields.
• Decoding dream message and symbols.
• Tracking and its role in enhancing the human biofield.
• Harnessing energy of dream images.
