VIBRATIONAL AND SOUND MEDITATION

Ancient shamanic traditions recognized that we are in constant communication with our environment, and that wellbeing is connected to a balance between spirit and matter. There is an all pervasive life force or energy that sustains all of reality. Our bodies and minds are intricate, complex, and coherent systems of information processors. Our electromagnetic physical bodies, including emotions and thoughts, generate energy fields, which include the vitality field surrounding the physical body. These energy fields interact with our inner states and external environment. Thus, the food we eat, the air we breathe, the stress in our lives all interact and influence the coherence in our waves, and the genes within us to promote health or cause disturbance if waves are incoherent.

Meditating with sound and vibration is one way to promote wellbeing and enhance coherence. The Integratron (www.integratron.com), with its sacred geometric architecture, sound chamber and high energy, becomes a powerful vortex for physical and spiritual transformation.

Join Raven in a rejuvenating, vibrational healing experience using Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha, chanting, shamanic reiki and meditation to transform emotional, mental and physical energy blockages. We will also participate in sky gazing to open chakras.
